Review: Shovel Knight – Specter of Torment (PC)

The time is nearly upon us for the release of the latest round of Shovel Knight DLC and I was lucky enough to score a review copy. After previously being reworked and re-released in Plague of Shadows, did Yacht Club Games successfully deliver another enjoyable Shovel Knight experience or will they need to go back to the drawing board for future installments?
