>Hard Reset, Sci-fi FPS Releasing this Fall on PC Only
>PC Gamer brings us this news, and only a couple months away from release. Brand New studio Flying Wild Hog is bringing us another FPS to market. Hard Reset is a sci-fi, cyber-punk FPS that will only be on PC. It appears to be a blend of the William Gibson world of Johnny Mnemonic and Blade Runner into an FPS.
The studio has some pedigree, so don’t let this news coming out of nowhere fool you. This isn’t some fly-by-night operation. It has members of the Witcher 2, Painkiller and Sniper: Ghost Warrior teams. They built the engine from scratch, opting not to use Source or Unreal or Frostbite or Quake. That’s impressive in itself, if it works. Other than that, we don’t have too much information. PC Gamer will have a hands-on next month and they have the original article here.
