KBMOD Podcast – Episode 309

The full podcast crew finally reunites as Scott rejoins us to provide a peek into life as a new father. In the news, Nvidia is trying to increase their GPU supply, Fortnite deals with service issues as it reportedly surpasses 3.4 million concurrent players, we learn that Activision Blizzard earned more than $4 billion from in-game purchases in 2017, Activision reports that Destiny 2 was its largest-ever PC launch, The Surge 2 gets announced for a 2019 release, Metal Gear Survive goes into open beta on PC later this week, and the game lineup for EVO 2018 gets revealed with one very notable game missing.

In the viewer questions, we hit on a variety of important topics: picking animals to protect us against other animals, video game cross-over romances, whether melted ice cream can be considered a soup, and the possibility of cutting meat out of our lives.

Brandon started his PC gaming days playing Doom II (IDDQD/IDKFA for life) and has been hooked on online gaming since the original Starsiege: Tribes. The way to his heart is through proper grammar, corn dogs, and cookie cake.
