DC Universe Online Going F2P

>DC universe Online is following the path of pretty much every MMO that isn’t World of Warcraft and going free-to-play. This will start next month. Definitely a game worth checking out, as I’ve actually heard some good first hand experiences with this game.

There will of course be some micro-transactions and membership price points if you want, including going with the $14.99 monthly fee again.
Free access nets you:
-Access to all current content
-2 Character Slots
-Can join a guild
-New game packs able to be purchased
Spend 5 dollars at any time, or have in the past on the game and you get:
-More character and inventory space
-Ability to collect more money
Go with the previous subscription model (14.99 monthly) and you get:
-All new DLC (patches) when it arrives
-15 character slots
-80 inventory slots
So there are definite advantages, just like most F2P games to paying. There are no game breaking micro-transactions. In fact, in a very good move, no micro-transaction items will improve character stats, they are purely cosmetic.
Below is an older video from friend of KBMOD, Britteny (Pinkranger206) of the game in action (and I believe on PS3, but still, game footage):

Credit to PC gamer on this one.
