KBMOD Podcast – Episode 284
This week’s podcast is unfortunately Brad-less, but that doesn’t stop the rest of the team from delivering a hilarious episode. In the news, Summer Games Done Quick 2017 has begun and runs throughout this week, Twitch launches subscriptions for Affiliates, and a big PUBG patch adds new weather states and plenty of quality-of-life changes. In the quick hits, StarCraft: Remastered launches on August 14 for $15, Sega starts offering free classic games on mobile with Sega Forever, and John Romero has sold a set of Doom II floppy disks for over $3,000.
We only cover one new release this week, but it’s a real treasure. In the viewer questions, we discuss naming our online friends in our phones and the different flavors of Smarties, and we round out the episode with an epic email submission featuring KDZen fighting off Family Video goons.
