KBMOD Podcast – Episode 285

With Brandon and Brad both out, our pal YingityYang returns this week to help round out this week’s entertaining cast. In the news this week, Firefall finally shuts down for good, PUBG may remain in Early Access longer than initially planned and briefly topped CS:GO in number of concurrent players, Zenimax is being sued by a musician over their live-action Fallout 4 ads, Dean Hall criticizes Ark’s price increase as it plans to leave Early Access, and Jeff Kaplan shares his thoughts on the “dive meta” of Overwatch.

The viewer questions ask about the best way to transport a PC during a move, swapping fancy gaming accessories for basic versions, and picking a specific grocery store aisle to eat from for the rest of our lives. The cast ends with the continuation of a KBMOD screenplay, in which KDZen enters a smoke-filled Denny’s restaurant with unimaginable surprises waiting inside.

Brandon started his PC gaming days playing Doom II (IDDQD/IDKFA for life) and has been hooked on online gaming since the original Starsiege: Tribes. The way to his heart is through proper grammar, corn dogs, and cookie cake.
