KBMOD Podcast – Episode 304

Our usual crew fights through the bitter cold to deliver yet another delicious episode. The Game Awards have come and gone, and we recount our favorite moments and reflect on the winners of the evening. We were treated to a boatload of announcements, including a Death Stranding trailer, a new teaser from FromSoftware, and the reveals of Soul Calibur VI, Bayonetta 3, and In the Valley of Gods.

In other news, the congressman who accused Battlefront 2 of being an “online casino” is working on anti-loot box legislation, an unexpected new Portal game is releasing this month, PUBG breaks 3 million concurrent players and will leave Early Access on December 20, Nvidia releases the $3,000 gold Titan V, and the entire Season 3 roster of Street Fighter V gets revealed at Capcom Cup.

In the viewer questions, we talk about the best holiday gifts we’ve received, our go-to spices when cooking, the resurgence of a classic Respawn Inbox submission, and a callback to a legendary podcast quote from nearly 200 episodes ago. Finally, we finish up with a remarkable iTunes review that is sure to bring out some teenage angst.

Remember that you can catch the podcast live every Sunday night at 10pm ET on twitch.tv/kbmod. If you enjoy the podcast, please leave us a review on iTunes!
