Child’s Play Charity Gaming Marathon Recap

Two weeks ago, we held our first-ever Child’s Play 24-hour Charity Gaming Marathon, and you all helped to make it a massive success. Now that all of the checks have cleared, the final donation tally is in: We had nearly 500 individual contributions for a total of $8,066.18!

Thank you so much for all of your support through donations or simply spreading the word and watching us make fools of ourselves for 24 straight hours. Your generosity will make a marked positive impact on the lives of hospitalized children throughout the U.S. and around the world.

A quick housekeeping item: If you won a prize during the live stream and have not received an email from us, please email admin@kbmod.com so we can get you squared away.

If you want to relive your favorite parts of the live stream, we’ve embedded all 24 hours (8 parts) below for your entertainment. If you weren’t able to make it to the event, I would highly encourage checking out the last hour of Part 8–the atmosphere was electric as we made a final push to raise over $2,000 in the last hour, including over $1,000 in the final 15 minutes!

Brandon started his PC gaming days playing Doom II (IDDQD/IDKFA for life) and has been hooked on online gaming since the original Starsiege: Tribes. The way to his heart is through proper grammar, corn dogs, and cookie cake.
