Watch Dogs PC Footage isn’t PC Footage…Maybe

No one seems to know where this footage is actually from.  Neogaf says it is PS4, other sources prior to this said it was PC and the video itself says 1080p PC footage, so who knows?  What you are seeing though is a demonstration of the upcoming Watch_dogs wind, water and lighting effects.  Watch it now as other YouTube posts of the video have been removed since it was posted on major news sites.
