>With RAGE set to release in about a month, Bethesda has posted the system requirements on their official blog. Check them out below.
Minimum specs:
OS – Windows XP SP3, Vista, Windows 7
Processor – Intel Core 2 Duo or equivalent AMD
Memory – 2GB
Hard Disk Space – 25GB
Video Card – GeForce 8800, Radeon HD 4200
Recommended specs:
OS – Windows XP SP3, Vista, Windows 7
Processor – Intel Core 2 Quad or equivalent AMD
Memory – 4GB
Hard Disk Space – 25GB
Video Card – GeForce 9800 GTX, Radeon HD 5550
Frankly, this is just another example of how pointless “recommended” specs from publishers really are. RAGE is going to be a very visually impressive game, but if you’re expecting to run it on high settings with a card that hit the market over three years ago, well, uh… good luck with that.
