What is holding FPS eSports back?

Sometimes we get really excellent questions from viewers.  Every once in a while these questions are not about genitals or fighting hordes of animals or Guy Fieri.  This was one of those times. Viewer JensFallen asked us what we thought of the competitive scene for FPS games and why MOBAs and RTS games have taken over.  This questions created some great discussion.
