Fallout 4 – Essential Early Game Perks
Players will either love of hate the addition of the new Perk Chart, and the removal of the abilities in previous games. For example, Speech is no longer its own ability, and is instead tied to the Charisma perk. However, it seems that the missing complexity from that system has been moved to the Perk Chart system, which allows you to receive any perk in the game from the start.
